I specialize in enterprise readiness, onboarding strategies, and solution design that help institutions rethink how they work and why.

    At Apple, I serve as a bridge between our customers and our engineering teams, partnering closely with QA and software engineering to translate frontline feedback into meaningful product improvements. Internally, I’ve championed cultural and structural change by founding the Field Engineering Academy and launching new service initiatives within Apple Professional Services. My mission is simple: to make deployment feel human, scalable, and impactful—one customer at a time.

    As Co-Founder of a boutique consultancy, I supported businesses through every stage of their Apple journey—from architecture and MDM implementation to network infrastructure and SaaS integration. We specialized in helping clients build efficient, Apple-centric environments tailored to their workflows and goals.

    Beyond technical delivery, I led customer onboarding, success planning, and long-term support programs—ensuring clients had a clear technical roadmap and the confidence to scale. I also built repeatable service models, coached internal talent, and helped drive sustainable growth through client retention and operational efficiency.

  • Engineering Manager, The Westminster Schools

    As Engineering Manager, I led a team of 7 engineers in supporting over 3,500 clients across an enterprise-grade academic environment. My mission extended beyond daily operations—I was committed to developing future leaders while delivering an exceptional technical experience for every user.

    I transformed our MDM workflows by automating complex processes using JAMF and NanoMDM, significantly reducing manual overhead and improving consistency. I also partnered with systems administrators to modernize our Cisco-based infrastructure, maintaining high network uptime and minimizing classroom disruptions. My approach blended mentorship, innovation, and service—ensuring our team was both technically excellent and deeply aligned with the needs of educators and students.
